How to Hold an Order in the POS

A hold order comes in handy when you want to save an order without sending it through right away. Begin by clicking on the "Phone" button on the home screen and take an order as normal.

Once you are finished taking the order click on the "Send" button.

You are now at the send screen. Click on the "Hold Order" button at the top of the screen.

The following screen will pop up asking you for a reference number. Just enter the customer's name as the reference and click "Complete".

The ticket will now be saved into the POS and accessible through "Recall Check".
