Applying Hotel Cards to an Order
Hotel Cards are a form of marketing Rosati's does with the area hotels. In exchange for the hotels handing out our menus to guests, we provide the front desk with hotel cards. Each card may be redeemed at the store as $1 dollar towards their order. There is also no limit on hotel cards per order so the customer may use as many as they would like.
Begin by placing an order as normal. At this point, I have already taken the customer's delivery order and I've collected their info. For this example, the customer is redeeming five hotel cards. Click on "Desserts/Gift Cards/Promo".
Now click on "Hotel Cards" and enter the number of cards the customer is using (in this case, five) and select "OK".
This will apply the $5 dollar discount towards the order. Remember to let the customer know that the driver must collect these cards. Once finished, you may send the order as normal.
