Orders Don’t Import to Arrow, checking the first symptoms.
Verify that the receiver successfully downloaded the order.
If it didn't, it should still be hanging on the OLO dash. (If it's not, there's a second receiver grabbing the
order0 In that case, change the password in the admin panel online, the order receiver config file and in the
back office of Arrow.

receiver is installed. (installed on S2, control station should be set to S2)
If it only imports every other order, then most likely the receiver config file is “Blocked”. This happens when
the receiver is downloaded and extracted before “unblocking” the .zip folder. (This is difficult to see right
away because some orders will still make it through leading you to believe everything is working fine). Its
important to “unblock” the .zip folder BEFORE extracting it when installing the order receiver. Side note: (DO
NOT run the receiver for the first time outside of the ArrowPOS folder as it will create a startup key from the
folder you launch it. Launch it after placing it in the ArrowPOS folder. The receiver is designed to create a
startup key on first launch.
