Moving World Pay Chip Reader to New station or hard drive

If a client needs a chip reader re-programmed for a new station or onto the same station with a new hard drive the chip reader will need to be decoupled. Ask the client for the serial number and then email channelsupport@worldpay.com and CC Peter.Garringer@worldpay.com with a decoupling request and provide them the serial number and location information.
