How to Setup Street Names
- On the Customer Information screen when you start to type the street name, it will show you a list of streets.
- You can edit this list and you can also add streets.
- To get to this list go to back office > Configuration > Edit Global Street Names.
- This will show you a box to update Geo Code or Edit Global Streets.
- Update Geo Code will pull a new Geo Code for the store based on the address that is in the store information.
- Edit Global Streets will let you edit street names and also let you set up zones based on the street address.
- On this screen you can set starting number and ending number of the street and make it pick what zone it is.
- If you need to create more zones you can set this up in zones. This can be found at Back office > Configuration > Misc. Settings and zones.
- You also need to make sure use zones is turned on. To go this go to Back Office > Configuration > Global / Station Configuration.
- Go to Delivery and use zone for delivery.
- If you need to copy a street, all you do is click on the gray area next to the ID number and hit the copy row button. You can do more then one row if you need to, just select the rows and hit the copy rows button. You will then see an Insert Copied rows button show up on the top. Hit this button to insert
the rows. - You can search by any one of the fields by clicking on one of the fields at the top and type in what you are looking for. I searched by the city Columbus.
- If you just want to see the streets with more than one entry, then click on show Duplicates and this will show you all the streets that have more than one entry.
