How to Setup Hot Items

  • Hot items are items you want to keep track of how many you have in stock.
  • Once you have sold all of the items, it will not let you sell anymore.
  • To setup a Hot Item

                o Go to Back Office

                o Once in Back Office, click on Hot Item manager.

o Once in the Hot Item Manager, click on Add Item(s)

o This will bring up every item you have on your menu. You can type description in to search  your items on the top of the screen.

o Once you have found the items you want to add you click on the Item number and the Selected section changes to True.

o You can also filter your items by using the group and hit the Select All Button and it will select all the items you have on the screen.

o Once you have picked all your items, go back to the item list. This will show your items you added and you can click on current count and add how many you have.

o The Add Count will add that to the Current count.
