How to Setup Drivers Big Screen


  • Plug the TV\Screen in to the computer 
  • Make sure your computer is setup to extend desktop to the 2nd display.
  • Once this is done, load up ArrowPos
  • Click on Back Office button.

  • Make sure you log in as a tech
  • From the Back Office, go to Configuration > Global / Station Configuration
  • Once in the Global / Station configuration screen, find the setting for customers.


  • On the Customers settings, go to the setting Get Address Distance. Change this setting to yes.

  • On the Global / Station Configuration screen, click on the Station Configuration button on the top of the screen.

  • Click on the Show Tech Mode option on the top of the screen then click on the station that you are adding the screen to.

  • Scroll down till you see the setting called Driver Dispatch – What Screen Number will be used for the Driver Dispatch Map All Display.

  •  Change this setting to read 1 (Take the (–) out that is before the 1).
  • Exit out of ArrowPos.
  • Reload ArrowPos.
  • You should now see the map on the TV / Big Screen.
