How to Setup Customer Waiting Button

  • The Customer Waiting button will let the kitchen know if someone is here to pick up their order and it is not done yet. This button will show up on the pay screen after you have paid for the order.
  • There are two setting you need to setup to use this button.
  • The first setting you will go to Back Office >Configuration > Global / Station Configuration.
  • Go to Orders and Show Customer Waiting Button.
  • Put in the service types you want to use Customer waiting button for. (1|2|3)
  • Next option you need to change is under Printing and Customer Waiting Printer List.
  • This is where you put in what printers you want to print the ticket to telling them that they are here to pick up their order.
  • You can do more than one printer. (Exp140|Kit130)
