This can be done two different ways. First begin by clicking on the "Phone" button on the main screen and entering the customer's
phone number.
You will be taken the the screen below. Click on the green button with the customer's information.
You are now on the customer's information screen. Click on the purple "Order History" button on the top of the screen.
The following box will appear. You will be able to pull up the customer's entire order history. Click on any of the past orders to pull
up the ticket.
Another way to pull up previous order history is to click on the "Phone" button on the main screen and enter the customer's phone
number.
You will be taken to the screen below. Click on the gray "Take Order" button.
This will bring you to the menu screen. A customer may ask what he/she ordered the last time or two times ago. To get to their
previous orders click on the red button at the bottom of the screen with the customer's name and info.
The customer's most recent order will be displayed in the middle of the screen. You can use the red arrow at the bottom of the
screen to click through previous orders.
