How Reward Promotions Work

As a customer spends money, he gets points. By default, it’s 1 point per $1. Once they reach certain point thresholds they get a reward promotion. This promotion will be visible in in the Rewards button next to the dynamic discount button in the order entry screen.


Some general facts:


  • Promotions can only be used by that customer – they can’t share it

  • Promotions can only be used once unless it’s specifically stated that it can be used multiple times

  • Punching in the Reward Code will not bring up the promotion, it must be used from the Rewards button

  • Arrow only shows what is in their account – Arrow does not give out the rewards

  • Only 1 promotion can be applied per check – typically, other discounts can be used, but only 1 reward promotion
