Cash Drawer Permissions

  1. Log in to Back Office > Configuration > Global / Station Configuration
  2. Click on Station Configuration on the top of the screen         
  3. Pick the station you want to use cash drawer permissions on
  4. Set the station up to use log in / Log out mode     
  5. Change employee permissions to yes                   
  6. Exit all the way out to the main screen of Arrow, restart Arrow
  7. Log in to the Back Office
  8. You will now see the cash drawer permissions button show up.   
  9. If it is still grayed out you need to make sure you have User access level setup for cash drawer permissions
  10. Go to Back Office > Configuration > User Access Level
  11. Enable the Assign Cash Drawer Permissions Setting   
  12. Head back to Cash Drawer Permissions in Back Office
  13. Click on Cash Drawer Permissions to add employees to the cash drawer.
  14. Click on Give Employee Cash Drawer Access      
  15. Select the employee


  1. After selecting the employee you assign them the cash drawer you want them  to use.
