It is sometimes necessary to apply a credit to a customer's account. You will begin by pulling up the customer's account. Click on the "phone" button on the main screen and enter the customer's phone number you want the credit to show up under.
You will be brought to the screen below. Click on the green button to go to the customer's info screen.
You are now at the customer's info screen. Click on the purple "credits" button on the top of the screen.
This button will allow you to see any existing credits as well as add new credits. To add a credit you are going to click on the green "add credit" button.
This will allow you to add the amount of the credit and the reason why the credit is being added.
Then click on "complete" and "exit" and the credit will be saved.
